Hey guys, I don't no if many people know about this app that's available on IOS and Android devices. Basically it tells when the next random world event is about to occur, now, as you should know being Destiny players, random world events have a high chance of dropping Ascendant materials used for upgrading weapons and armor. Also it is a quick way to finish one of the annoying Vanguard bounties where a player must complete 3 random world events and finish them with a Gold Tier rating.

The app is really easy to use and doesn't require any sign in/up details, you just load it up and it tells you the location (and the event) that is happening and on what planet/moon, e.g Forgotten Shores; Defend the Warsat
But you also need to take into consideration that these events DO NOT always happen as it shows in the image below, "May appear in 11m 21s" for example, and they do not always drop Ascendant materials. And it's also good to know your Planets so you can quickly head on over to "Ishtar Cliffs" for the event which happens in 1m 30s.
