The budget I have for both is 170 GBP
The Psu needs to be able to power an overclocked 970 aswell as an overclocked i5 with an AOI. I would also like some leeway so I can add a second 970 in the future.
For the case, I'm looking for anything that looks good, has decent airflow capabilities and has support for a 240mm rad on the top aswell as a 140mm fan space at the back. I liked the look of the 760t, but it's quite expensive.
Thanks

The board is an ATX.
Which is better, seasonic or XFX?
Also, the NZXT 340 doesnt have support for a top 240mm rad or rear 140 fan

banterm8 wrote The board is an ATX.The XFX unit is 80+ Gold, whereas the SeaSonic unit is 80+ Bronze. 650W is more than enough to power 2x 970's and an i5. You could get the NZXT H440 instead which has support for a top mounted 240mm rad and a rear 140mm fan. Although, the S340 will support a front mounted 240mm rad, which I personally think looks nicer.

What airflow setup would you suggest then? Intake through the rad and from the bottom, and exhaust through the rear and top?

Typically it's best to exhaust from the rear yes.

Intake through the rad(Get some static Pressure fans )
Leave the back and top fans as they are and you'll be good.

I know, but since I would usually exhaust from the top aswell, and intake through bottom and front. Would I need to I keep the same setup? Also the s340 doesnt have any bottom fan slots.

You don't need to intake through the bottom,
