I'd mount the rad at the front as an intake, and exhaust from the top and back.

The GTX 900 series has amazing temperatures compared to other GPUs. That would be quite sufficient for them.

Okay great, and a h100i would allow me to overclock to a decent clock speed? Considering I get a half decent chip?

h100i is one of the best coolers around in my opinion yeah, as long as you get a good unlocked processor such as the i5-4670/4690k you will be getting at least 4.6 gigglehurts
