Dex is more for developers and has a little more features/settings if your a beginner cex is a good way to start off and cex rtm tools are easy to connect but some only go so far and dex can do a little more in coding sence but are harder to connect because you have to run target manager on your to connect but if your rtm tool becomes unresponsive it may be more the computers fault a really good alternative you can use compared to real time modding is sprx mod menus basicly same code but you can run it directly from ps3 with out connecting tools and can be used on cex or dex i know there are some sprx menus out for some call of dutys you might want to look into sprx modmenus for your game if there released yet

I had no idea about sprx mod menus, thanks for the info, im still wondering if i can go from OFW to DEX CFW or do I have to go from CEX first and then convert that way. I have also read about CCAPI but I dont mind learning about the coding.

you need to go 3.55CEX CFW then DEX CFW
