I'd say anything from the heart, it's not really the gift but the effort that goes into it. You could give them something that's special to you cause more than likely they are special to you now as well.

Personally I'd get her a Watch. Watches are coming back to fashion and if she's a classy lady, she'd love a watch.

Also think outside the box a little. A little present, possibly from Ann Summers, girls love that.
