None of these sound like what you think the best anime is, but rather what your favorite anime is. Which is fine, just a misleading title.

Anyway I'd have to say Kaiba from what I've seen. It told a story that's unrivaled in the industry imo, and it's unique artstyle made for an amazing adventure.
