I used to do it to people that hit me offline but that's it, i don't really care for the stuff anymore.

Back when I used to do this, it was people like you and hackers I used to hit.

I'd say to a friend " I'm gonna hit this hacker off " just to be a good guy so the game doesn't get ruined by douche bags then kids like you turn your mic on screaming " OMG YOU CANT BOOT!! BOOT ME BOOT ME I DARE YOU!! " then they join your sesh and message spam you about how you can't etc. And you seem like that type.

Booting random players doesn't happen basically ever. It's mainly hackers OR League/GB. But again, it never happens. I've done leage to masters rank 7 and never been booted. Also done GB to 24k without ever being booted.
