I agree but have you noticed all of the championship series for NBA and MLB almost ALWAYS go into 7 games? I think because the more games, the more money and the more people get interested in it and view it. And also have you noticed how many walk-off home runs have been hit this year compared to other years?

I highly doubt it's "rigged". If it was it would be leaked or proven by now. Also how would it be rigged? Players told to strike out or get a homerun now? Honestly do not think it's possible.

It's called point shaving.
It's most common amongst basketball players because that is the easiest medium to do it.

i could see it with like football and stuff and maybe mlb but when it gets down to the wire like in some mlb games with walk off winners...there could be sooooo many things that could go wrong with it like strike out, popping it up and such...and in nba you cant really tell them oh they are gonna beat you by a buzzer beater and such...that stuff cant be planned and all maybe in football because they can get players to slack off and such but i dont know i thought maybe the super bowl between seahawks and broncos was but who knows honestly

100% chance mlb is not rigged.

And a lot of times in the NFL and NBA, if you are doing bad, you "lose on purpose" to get better draft picks. Players are told not to give 100%.

MLB - everything is a judgement call, and now with instant replay, no way in hell it's rigged.

I doubt pro sports are rigged. The best teams play in the playoffs. They of course will push the series to more than just four games. Legacies are made in the postseason and I doubt players would purposely put their legacy at risk to have the league make more money and referees can't just call bogus fouls and penalties without reasoning.
