I'm coding since 6 years and working 3 years as a Java programer.
I used many, i mean, really many IDEs. I prefered these:
Notepad++ (HTML/CSS/PHP, for fast editing some things)
CodeLobster PHP (HTML / PHP, Freeware)
Eclipse IDE (best for Java/Android, producing more comfortable/smaller code than NetBeans)
NetBeans (only Java, there is a PHP feature - don't use it, too much bugs)
If you want to purchase a program for Website scripting or something like that:
NuSphere PhpED
Best tool on the market so far.
