Go to Serenitys Waste and start from Janeys Workshop. Run forward and swivel into a U-turn on your right. Jump onto the rocks to the left of a tall building up the hill, then jump on the sloped edge of the building itself.

Walk along the curved ledge leading to a narrow platform above the molten magma below. Use the high ledge to jet-jump across the lava-fall to land on the small platform on the opposite side.

Now you can enter the lava-fall cave itself! Go deeper inside and jump into the cavern hole to reach a zone called the Pyroclast Grotto this is where youll find the dreader Iwajira!
