Fair enough it is media news but, do people really care that Kim Kardashian posted a selfie? Or a wannabe celebrity can't decide whether to put on underwear or not?

News outlets will do anything to rope people in.
It's the same with this whole Ebola thing, they put crazy headlines to get more views.
Some can be damn strange.

The point of news is to inform people and attract their attention.

They wont post stuff that people don't want to know. So obviously, there is an audience for that news.

Is that person, you me or anyone on the forum? Probably not but they are out there.

This is why I don't visit gossip sites such as TMZ.
USA Today and BBC World News are my news sites of choice.
