So my brothers pc parts came and he told me he knew what he was doing so I let him have a go with it, when he tries to boot it up the fans and lights turn on for like 1 second and then just go dark again
His motherboard is the z97 gaming (3 I think)

Make sure the RAM is installed correctly and that all the Front Panel Connectors (FPC) are in the correct positions.
Also check for any loose connections.
