So I've been using my new rig for less than a day (specs below) and every game so far runs perfectly. PlanetSide 2 is the one exception, I am not able to run Ultra OR High above 30fps. It does not make sense with my parts. Is there something I need to do with my gpu in order to run this game?

2 TB Sata III- 6gb/s
128 sandisk ssd
MSI nvidia gtx 970
16 gb ram
