"The EA servers could not process your request at the current moment. Please try again later"

I get this very often after matches, before the player rating page comes up.
It sends me out of UT, giving me no coins and a loss.

I've spoken to EA about it and they started off by saying its a KNOWN issue and should be fixed soon, but then decided it was actually my fault.

I actually went in my router settings and changed the wifi channel and it worked for a while, but then it all started again

I'm just hoping someone on here might be able to help me.
I have BT Infinity, its really good and i have no problems with any other game apart from fifa! (it happened on fifa 14 too)

anyone had this and fixed it, or might have a solution for me?
