What seems to be the problem?

powers on 2 red ring fans run for few secounds then they go off stays red ring powering it on either eject button or power button

try hitting the power button and the eject button at the same time when you boot it up

still goes 2 red ring tryed the eject and sync button goes 4 red ring blinks rapidly

does your console have the 12v fan mod?

That would only bypass the plugins.

2 red rings means your console is over heating.

If it overheats a couple seconds after you turn it on you might need to replace the thermal paste or reball the console.

Edit: Or your console could just be broken, you could message a trusted seller here on TTG and see if they could fix the problem.

have you been playing the console for a long period of time?
