Make sure you have RPC.xex set as a plugin on dashlaunch.

Once you download you should get 2 folders
1.Console Files
2.Tool

Open Neighbourhood and find your MW2 folder and drag and drop the 2 files that are in the Console Files folder you downloaded to the MW2 folder.

Open the Tool folder and open the tool and press CTRL C at the same time and it should connect.

make sure ur console is set as default and u got plugin rpc and xrpc in dashlaunch
