You will not be touched, no reset and no ban.

Same thing for every early player since mw2.

If you have a legitimate copy of the game there is NO chance that you'll be banned for playing on the 1st. Ignore all the young people who say otherwise.

No i highly doubt you'll be banned. Dont think they are that low and ban you for what... Getting it early. Its not as if you illegally got it early. If they end up banning you. You can argue that its not your fault you had it early. Its already been leaked as it is and people are playing it right now lol

No need to worry. I have played every CoD from MW2 onward as soon as servers went live (usually 2-4 days early) and have never been banned. As long as it is not a pirated copy you will be fine.

Firstly, they cannot tell the difference between an iso and the legit game (providing you've ran abgx360 and burned it properly). Secondly, they do NOT reset anyone stats on day one, once the servers are live, you can rank up.

I have always been curious about the first question ,If I put a legit Xbox 360 disc in my DVD drive it will only rip the Video ,but if I put a backup or burnt ISO in the same drive it will rip the full game.
So my Pc DVD drive can tell the difference.

I doubt whether anyone will be reset for playing early.
