I wouldn't be mad if I was a day one owner, it's almost been a year. You get a one year advantage. Like a few have said above, it's going to happen on every console. Not that big of a deal if you ask me.

I got the Xbox One the day it released and now I wish I would've waited to get it. For a long time there weren't many games out for it. Also, at first you couldn't buy the console without the Kinect, I never use my Kinect so it's basically just sitting there.

Obviously this is only a rant & yes, I know early adopters usually get shafted. Idk, just needed to let out some steam, lol.

I have the Day One Edition and I don't really care. I'm just glad to have gotten an Xbox One with the Day One Controller and Achievement on release date.

This is why most people wait a year in before getting the next gen console.

I don't mind I got my Xbox One day one and I feel it was worth the price overall they have done a fantastic job and the monthly updates have made the system move forward so much in a year.
