If you've recieved a 'Jackolyte' from the postmaster, which you should have done, it will NOT work if you have completed the nightfall and have a flaming head. It's a bug :I

i have not done nightfall yet and when i activated it, i did not get the jackolyte on my head

Well that's my bad, I'd heard from multiple users that they couldnt see it and they'd also done the nightfall strike. It could be platform specific though.
