You clearly don't know much about doing a custom loop so I'd hold back on doing anything. Learn what you're doing before you break something. Regardless, GTX 980 instead of GTX 780 Ti, i7-4790k instead of the 4770k. No need for a 1200W PSU because 4-way SLI is stoopid anyway.

Since the watercooling stuff and monitor that Terrabytez suggested come to just under £1k, I'd spend the £2000 for PC components on this instead;

Pretty much the same as Terrabytez suggestion but a 3TB HDD for more storage and a better CPU.
