Just use various online sites where people sell things in your area. People are always willing to sell the copies early. (Especially this year there have been a lot of copies around here) Also try going to local game stores that aren't big businesses just a little family shop. Most people in your area will probably sell the game for around $100 and the small shops usually get you the game for the normal price but you might have to throw in a bribe if they know the release date.

Small business stores in high streets tend to sell early if you have good bartering skills. Some people that get the game early sell it on Ebay but be prepared to spend up to 4x the games actual value as most listings tend to be bids. The 3rd method is people downloading the ISO which hasn't been leaked yet.
