Hey bro I was just on the se7ensins forums and this guy had the same problem as you. And I read a comment that this normally happens to xell with hitachi dvd drives... and I saw the video of yours that it looks like an hitachi... so open up your xbox unplug the dvd drive then try to reflash the nand with the methods we told you. Good Luck!

Thanks i disconnected the dvd drive and xell works perfectly now, any time you need anything msg me <3 Also i was an idiot and forgot to press 25 rep so ill send it again tomorrow with the right amount of rep <3
