I'm getting AW for the 360 until i get the Xbox One and i wanted to know if your rank and stats will transfer over like they did in Ghosts.

Yes, your stats will transfer over from Xbox 360 to the Xbox One.
All stats and progress made on last gen (PS3, 360) will transfer over to this gen (PS4, X1), only if you stay within the same console family.
