and yes my phone was jailbroken but i didnt have cydia yet and he doesnt know how to code but he is very smart

You realize when you jailbreak you dont need cydia to get a virus. I see confronting him or restoring your iphone

Pretty sure, its safe to assume, he wasn't spying on you. It's extremely doubtful. Not through any Third party app, anyhow.

From what I can tell only andriod devices have Carrier IQ on them. And Samsung and At&T seem to be the main compnays with Carrier IQ on there phones. Verizon Vodafone and O2 have all denied that they use it. Nokia and RIM use it.
