Looking to reduce the price of this build to 850 gbp, and it still needs a psu. Change any of the parts, I'm just looking for a half decent system which I can overclock, and have the ability to game on at some decent settings. Thank you

Plus, it includes shipping costs which PCPP usually doesn't. Lower the cost by getting a lower quality motherboard, cheaper cooler for the same card, cheaper cooling option, smaller HDD and SSD(or no SSD and add one later).

For PSU, you're looking at around £60, for something decent like this;

If you meant a GTX 780, then no. GTX 970 out-performs the 780 for a lower price.
