So I was looking at YT videos on how to download your game from your disc and when the guy put his disc in it game up mw2 when I put my bo2 in i says xbox 360 DVD

This could be because you either flashed your nand and didn't put the DvD key in or your red light laser is messed up what i suggest is to insert the disc while the console is on then reboot that's what i have to do sometimes

Each disk tray is unique there are replicates but good luck looking for the same exact disk drive
