i redeemed the day zero content downloaded it and cant find it on multiplayer

I'm still having problems with this - contacted Activision support but no luck.

Any suggestions?

I got the same thing but I got the Sentinel camo with mine, did you not get that?

Nope nothing whatsoever - gonna ring Microsoft tomorrow about it and see what can be fixed
