So i bought some kv's and i tried to flash one to my nand i guess i messed it up. i can still boot in to xell. but it wont boot up regularly. how badly did i mess up and how can i fix it?

You better hope that XeLL will work. Get your original NAND Dump if you have it, and flash it back on to your console.
