I've seen a lot of low levels (15-25) with it and my friends and I can not figure out how to get it.

Anyone know? Any help is greatly appreciated! Will +Rep:)

yeah i got it at lvl 7 idk how i just randomly got it

The way you get the Headhunter helmet is by getting 5 headshots in one game.
