Looks great man. Do you follow Madrid on Instagram? They do player edits when a player of theirs is playing an international game. You should check those out and try doing one!

Just a opinion but if you want to do this as a career you should focus on improving your work doing personal projects and any good opportunities (A small business or anyone you can work with) , I wouldn't waste doing graphics for anyone on a forum (Paid or not) if it is what you want to do our for a career as your going to be stuck in that style and its not going to hinder your improvement.

I currently design for a clan, so I'm usually experimenting different styles when doing work for them.
