On tdm it still only comes up +100 for one kill, shouldn't it be 200?

I think at the start of a match, a 2XP medal pops up on the screen. I dont have the game, but this is what I know from videos I've seen.

It says double xp when you start a game and it's double xp all day today so you definitely have it
