Like as soon as I start up a game boom I get hit with the UnReadable Disk error, I don't understand cause it loads just fine ?!

Any else having this problem and ANY SUGGESTION


P.S: I got it at release and only played it for 3 hours

how did you mess your disc up already?

I didn't do anything when I first got it, I got the same problem
