I'm getting my ps3 downgraded to 3.55 ofw. My question is; So once my ps3 is back and on 3.55 ofw, I want to be able to host modded lobby's and things of that nature. What is the best cfw to install that support things like blackb0x and Awesome File Manager? And is able to used online.

No not on 3.55 you will need to update ur cfw to a higher cfw like 4.60. blackbox and awesome file manager are old. Most people use multiman.
