okay so im new to the "Jtag/RGH" thing but i was talking to my friend (he mods) he said theres this thing thats called "ISO modding" and he said everything is free (stealth, KVs, etc) is this true and does anyone know where to buy the cheapest RGHs are at? thanks.

Stealth and Kvs are not free.

Well, stealth i guess you can consider it free since there are offline files and XBLSE. I don't think you should listen to your friend about modding...
Anyways if you're looking for a console head over to the Xbox 360 Market place.
