You wouldn't have been reset for an unjustified reason.

Call Activision and ask them the situation and you might be able to reinstate your rank.

You cant be that prestige and level with 20h Game time as it's highly impossible, you must have been in an XP lobby and just not left the game.

Ya I got reset too. I got into a xp lobby and got to max prestige then my account got reset and my xbox live account got banned for 2 weeks. Those **** at sledgehammer can burn in hell BOOST HACK for **** life. keep shooting me activision I don't give a **** I'll just get angry and come for you
