So i just prestiged and im racing to be top 100 at kill confirmed. I was 916 when i prestiged and now it wont update. Is this a glitch or is is supposed to be like this?

It's a glitch. Activation posted about it on their support section of the website. They advised people not to prestige until SLG/ACT had fixed the issue.

No idea, I highly doubt it but everyone who prestiges is in the same boat as you so it might not be hard to get 100 kill confirmed.

I was 57th hardpoint before i prestiged.

Was hardpoint top 100 now i give up because search i get a avrage of 50k xp per game

yes it does you ****** how can you not see your score go up 500 from a discard lol
maybe because he didnt play a game, it was just an example. If you wa good enough to prestige and try it out then you would know. But for the time being I would suggest you shut it.
