My computer has very bad frame rate drop after a few minutes of starting a game. As soon as i reboot my pc, i start it and the games run smooth. But after a few minutes the frames start to drop and every game starts with under 10 frames. Only the games lag because once i tab out my computer seems as fast as normal.
Im running an i3-3240 processor with Intel HD 2500 onboard graphics. I also have 8GB of ram.
Even running the most non-demanding games i have under 10 frames. This just started today and i NEVER lag in any of the games. Ive tried cleaning out the dust of my whole pc, re-inserting my ram chips, de-fragmenting my hard drives, and running pc cleaners, registry cleaners, updating drivers, and running anti-malware. Still no solution..

Shortest possible answer I can give you is to get a dedicated GPU
No one should be running Intel HD graphics unless they are using it for media purposes.
If you willing to throw some money at your rig, give us a budget and your specs and we can see what we can do for you.
