I will be getting mine on monday & simply games are known for getting things early here in the UK as for the ban just dont play online by law sony and i think microsoft cannot ban you if you play a legit copy early unless you post pics everyehere and start streaming thats when they can ban you but apart from that they cant but the developer( rockstar ) may decide to ban you if you are playing online before release i had aw on the Friday when it wasn't released till Monday and they even stated they wont be banning people for playing early on legit copies

I got Sunset Overdrive a week early and never got banned only when i live streamed but even then it was a 24 hour twitch ban
