are you on your personal computer with a personal internet connection? School wifi or even public places can have the internet block websites.

It looks like your network connections DNS has been changed to the openDNS Servers.

To remove this, you need to go into your IP settings on your network connection, and make sure the IPv4 DNS Server Settings are set to "Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically"

This should resolve the issue.

I agree with Imp.. seems something has changed the DNS settings... you dont happen to have tech savy parents do you? lol If the above doesnt work it could be the DNS settings are set on the router it self and will need to be changed or removed.
