As I kept reading the replies you're one greedy greedy person.

All you care about is getting your tips.

You keep saying you're getting paid "illegally" so go do something about it.

I got really annoyed saying "Oh I need this free car." I personally know friends in the delivery business and they all have to SUPPLY THEIR OWN CAR. So I don't think you get a free car with your job. Why would they pay for the insurance on the car and let a 17 year old kid take it with him? Stop complaining and suck it up or find a new job. You're 17 it's not that hard to get a job. I got a job at 16 working for a parking company in my local downtown. Guess what I still have that job today and I'll be 19 in a few months.

ctf4000 wrote I hate people like you.. You expect tips for simply doing your simple job. I never tip because your already doing your job i dont just throw my hard earned money away for free. Go get a real job and stop complaining

Lol they are trying to make their "hard earned money" but it comes down to lazy people such as you that you rely on him to bring you food in bad weather conditions...they are doing their job and tips really do play a big part in their pay

Tipping is not needed, at all.

You get paid for your job people have no reason to give you more than they should be, they are paying plenty for the food as it is.

Why would someone tip a pizza delivery boy - its your job to bring them food and its your job as a waiter to do everything "perfectly" for the customer because yet again it is your job..

I don't understand why we seem to have this idea that we should tip waiters and pizza boys but not supermarket assistants or secretaries, etc.

You do a job, you get paid.
If you don't like the pay and getting tips is something you need to stay afloat, find a better paying job.

Gonna have to agree with you there. I would personally give someone a tip if they do a good job, but dont complain if you dont get one.

Well obviously it all depends on how much money the person has.
Yeah, they may spend a lot on food, we all do.. But if that's a treat to go out and spend $100 on pizza, yet you normally save your money, you wouldn't want to tip.

Personally I do tip, but idk!

Inkzzz wrote People don't leave a tip for a reason, the reasons could be;

- They don't have enough money to leave a tip.
- They don't think the service was good enough for a tip.
- They didn't enjoy the food / drink.

They are reason why people don't leave a tip, and ranting about this is Greedy in my opinion.

Not true, for example, here's my reason;
It's their job.

I wouldn't go out and tip the Mailman when he brings the mail, I wouldn't tip the Garbageman for picking up the trashcans, I wouldn't tip a Cop for pulling someone over, I wouldn't tip the manager at 711 for being the only 711 around here, and so on. So why would I tip a waiter for bringing my food? I wouldn't.... and I don't.

ok but your taking jobs that that dont depend on tips example a mailman here makes 18 dollars a hour while a waiter makes 3.35 + tips. i normally always tip 5-10 dollars unless your a terrible waiter -_-. I dont want to hear then find a better job because we all know u would be mad if u had to make your food from scratch -_- all the time.

I think tipping if more of an American thing. I mean we do tip in UK just not as much as Americans for some reason. Only ever tip if I go on holiday or eat at a nice restaurant or something. Wouldn't tip a pizza delivery guy, at most I'd just say keep the change or something.

Here in the uk it's not custom to tip and I don't really see why it is either your getting paid already? yes, why do you need more? it just confuses me.
