280x and an i5-4590 will perform perfectly fine. The 280x is more than enough for a single 1080p monitor.

Is all of that worth 666 GBP ? Obv thats just the main components

No need to spend £20 extra on the 4590 over a 4460 since they're both locked CPU's anyway. Nice case with a fully modular PSU and the GTX 970 significantly out-performs the 280x.

I suppose mate but the one Im going to buy is pre-built with the The PCS Maelstrom T900 Case and Win7 OS and im not up for building a PC

The PSU & Motherboard are both up the top
and I like the case so...
Didn't notice, but yeah, the mobo is not terrible but the PSU isn't great, especially for your budget. Just because you like the case doesn't mean it's good. You probably only like it because "all the flash LEDs yay". It's a ricer case if I've ever seen one.
