I have reseated the RAM multiple times in both sockets and still the same issue. If this is a memory problem I am never going with Corsair again, paid for 8GB and one stick came broken so I was left with 4GB and now the 4GB has decided to stop working... fantastic.

If you have a GPU check it is seated correctly and the power cable is fully inserted. If everything seems fine remove the GPU and test the system using the onboard video if it works reinstall the GPU. If the problem returns then your GPU has possibly died.
I have removed GPU and tested with onboard graphics and still the same issue, I'm fairly positive this isnt a graphics card problem.

Does it continuously beep three times with no POST display on screen or does it beep thrice then stop altogether?

I completely removed the graphics card to use on-board graphics and the problem persists.
