Get this $25 Over but its a good built.

Once you get more money either add an aftermaker CPU cooler and OC the Pentium or else buy and i5/i7.

Also get the OS the free way... That way you can get a much better PC.

Just a heads up, the GTX 970 is too much card for the G3258. Anything stronger than a 280x/770 is pretty much wasted power with the G3258. The PSU SEN suggested is poo. For your budget, the Source 210 isn't a great case when you can get the S340 instead. If you can afford an i5, get it. The 280x is more than enough for a single 1080p 60Hz monitor anyway.
