I've been wanting this variant weapon for some time simply because the damage is increased. My brother just recently got it, I thought it was due to him getting 300 kills with the HBRa3. I just got to 307 kills and I didn't get it. Now do note this was just my hypothesis to see if this is how an individual obtains this variant.

If YOU have an idea please share and I will be sure to try it out today

Yea i got it and didnt even know lol just was playing with it and went to make a new class and seen it next to the regular one. Unfortunately once i got it my xbox got the RROD so im waiting till my new one comes to play with it

Same as the guy above. I was wanting it really bad. I got on today and I randomly had it and I know I didn't get it from a supply drop so I don't know how to get it...

Get 300+-(Its always near 300 kills) kills with it

Whenever you get 300 kills with a gun you get a certain named version of it.
For example 300 kills with the Bal will get you the 223 version.

I never got the average joe and i have 827 kills with the gun. I saw it in the challenges screen awhile back but I never got it. I got 355 on my first prestige, then 472 in the prestige after that. Which is a shame because my cousin has it and I love it so much.

I got it in a supply drop by I don't use cause I'm a sniper. Wish I could give it to you. ;)

I don't think there is a way to unlock it. Just prey to the supply drop lords so you get something good

its from the marksman challenge 300 kills with the hbr

there is a varient for 300 kills with every gun even the specials

Got mine from a supply drop when the game first came out, it is beast.
