I went into FSD and there are 2 TU18's, I downloaded 1, it didn't work, I downloaded the other one, that one didn't work, so I went online and downloaded a region free one, put it in the cache folder, didn't work. Please help!

make sure that you have the title update set to active in FSD

It is/was, I downloaded one, set it active, didn't work so I did the same with the other one, didn't work either.
