make sure the game is on the same title update as the title update that you have. And try reinstalling the game. This happened to my mw2 and when I reinstalled the game it worked fine

This happened to my mw2 and when I reinstalled the game it worked fineit only seems to happen when I load the default_mp.xex if I load default.xex it's fine until I load multiplayer?
