Online is really buggy.. but ill upload a video if i do.. Im pretty sure you should be able to buy it if im not wrong but you just never know

My online is fone but i just cant connect with other people, can only play pn my own! Add me Gt- Duxburyy, and see if we can do a private session or something?

You can get this car.

All you have to do is have to have played GTA: Online on either PS3 or Xbox 360. Then transfer your player to next gen consoles and you'll get this car for free along with some weapons, $500,000 for both online and single player.
