Have they changed the xbox one controls?
Because it seems it to me? Can you revert them back to the Xbox 360 control version?

I was having the same problem this morning but i think its just because we havent played it in a while, maybe try changing your invert look on setting, after i changed that it was fine

i can't seem to change it how it was on the xbox 360 version..
can you screenshot your control settings please ?
