WOW! Really?! They gave that to everyone that signed into the servers within the first couple weeks of the release. If you weren't able to sign in at all because of it, then that might be why you didn't get it.

This is the reason why so many many Gamers cheat to get there ranks and money flowing.

You're misunderstanding me...I'm talking about making every feature available across all platforms as well. Right now, it's the First Person Feature that's only available for Next Gen consoles, but if they end up making more features that are Next Gen Exclusives then they shouldn't be exclusives and be available across all platforms. We all paid the same amount of money on our games, we should all have the same features. It's different for the consumers that purchased the Collector's Editions of the game because they paid extra for the extra stuff.

First person is just not possible on last gen systems period. It's not as easy as putting some camera on your face and suddenly everything is good to go.

Not only did Rockstar have to make anims but they also had to double the draw distance and rework the textures to work correctly in first person. This stuff was just not possible on last gen. Gta v on last gen was pushing the consoles limits as is and it's only possible on current gen because of more powerful hardware.

It's possible, won't be as good of graphics, but it's possible. They just wanted to give something to the Next Gen Consoles so that people would pay them more money for the new game.

No it's not possible. It was even explained why it couldn't be done on last gen.
