I am pretty sure you get them by just playing the game, I seem to get every one of mine whenever I start a match and die really early without getting a kill.. I dont know if that is just a coincidence but yeah..

The only 100% method is that you get one every 45 minutes of game time you play. This works out to be around 4-5 games.

Yes the 45 minute thing is correct but the system is for mostly bad players, so if you join a game try to die quickly as possible then play the rest because the system also can tell if your still playing the objective so don't join a game and die then back out.

They're randomly generated but mostly given to players that do rather bad compared to other players but the best way to get them is to die right at the start of every game without getting a kill it really does increase the chance of getting them.
